Orders
Orders move through Pending, Confirmed, In production, Ready, Delivered, or Cancelled statuses.
Uploaded designs
Customers must have the right to use submitted logos, artwork, slogans, QR codes, and promotional content.
Returns
Return handling should be confirmed before production, especially for custom printed goods.
Training policy
Training duration averages 4 days depending on the selected package. High-performing trainees may be considered for hiring opportunities.
Payment methods
Nexus accepts cash on delivery, bank transfer, Telebirr, CBE Birr, and Chapa. Available options are confirmed at checkout.
